[CVR] Damaged Stickers/plates

Dealers,

 

Damaged Stickers/plates need to be sent back to MADA so we can return
them to the State.  Stickers classified as "Damaged" and not returned to
MADA and the State, will result in a $35.00 charge to the dealer from
the State.  MADA will run this report at the end of each month and send
in those "Damaged" products to the State. 

 

The report for October has been run; however, many of the "Damaged"
product has not been returned to MADA. Please return these
Stickers/Plates to MADA so you don't receive a $35.00 charge.
